Our Google MSP Client was facing significant pressure to deliver multiple projects, all of which were highly complex; this was further complicated due to the Client facing workflow difficulties and issues surrounding their capacity to deliver these projects within the appropriate timeframe.
The Google MSP’s clients were also unfamiliar with Google Workspace and needed training to use the tools effectively, whilst also needing a structured approach implemented in order to manage multiple change management projects and ensure a smooth transition for their clients.
